1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions for Return

Returns are accepted only if:

• Items are unused and unwashed.
• Product packaging must be returned intact.
• Product is in its original condition.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed clothing
• Items without original tags
• Accessories (if applicable)
• Discounted / Clearance items
• Customized / Personalized items

4. Process

• Email help@theonlycouple.com with order number and reason.
• Wait for approval and return instructions.
• Pack the item securely and ship it back.

5. Inspection & Approval

After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection.
