1. Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • An open-box video is required as proof for processing product returns.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or washed clothing
  • Items without original tags
  • Accessories (if applicable)
  • Discounted / Clearance items
  • Customized / Personalized items

3. Refund Method

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, After the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Processing time: 2 – 5 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by customer / borne by us depending on reason for return.
