1. Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only when:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You received the wrong product.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- An open-box video is required as proof for processing product returns.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Used or washed clothing
- Items without original tags
- Accessories (if applicable)
- Discounted / Clearance items
- Customized / Personalized items
3. Refund Method
Once approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, After the returned product is received and inspected.
- Processing time: 2 – 5 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by customer / borne by us depending on reason for return.
